Incoming Quality Control
Everybody knows that when considering manufacturing and mass production quality control and quality inspection is important. Many manufacturers believe that quality control and quality inspection should be performed at the end of the line to validate the conformity of the product being delivered to the customer.
Yet, it is often too late to discover problem related to material or to procurement.
When we assemble a product in our production line, we take care of inspecting and controlling quality of parts we receive from sub-suppliers.
This allow us to make sure that your product get assembled with proper parts only.
Our solutions
If you need someone to check the quality of your parts when they arrive at our assembly area we of course can do so. Most of time our process run on the following:
- Reception of a sample of your product or part for analysis
- Establishment of a quality control check list related to the part
- Reception of your parts and temporary storage
- Inspection of the received part against the quality control check list previously established in 2. This inspection can be performed on a sampling lot or on the full lot
- Quality control records are established including number of defectives found and classification of those defective
- Feedback sent to stake holder by delivering quality control record
