Final Quality Control in China

Final quality control is the most essential step into manufacturing and assembly process. It is considered as the ultimate and last possible watchdog on the supply chain before delivering client.

Final quality inspection usually take place between the last step assembly process and the packing of your product. This is at this moment the last chance to detect any defectives on your product.

Our solutions

We are aware of the importance related to final inspection step in a manufacturing process. For this reason, we implement final quality inspection on every single project we manage.

This final quality inspection particularly include the following:

  1. We receive a sample from your product and we analyze it using FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) process
  2. We establish a complete quality control check list of potential defects which can appear on your product.
  3. If some particular testing have to be made with machine or tools we also take care to establish procedures for calibration
  4. We establish training for our workers to be able to recognize defective products and to be able to calibrate tools and machine
  5. A trial run is made with both defective and non defective product where we check if workers success to recognize defectives product or not
  6. If this test result is acceptable we move forward to next step, if not then we identify why they were not able to recognize the defectives or the false defective and we train them again
  7. A new trial run is made to make sure that everything is OK.
  8. We launch production and move full speed to it
  9. Everyday of production, quality control records are established with data which can be exploited so statistic can be made and process being better controled
  10. At the end of the production quality control record are compiled and sent to stake holder for information and reviewing.
