Everybody knows that in China more than anywhere else when considering procurement, quality is always a concern. You are already buying from a manufacturer and they told you they have already a quality control process implemented on their production line. You trust them until the day you when one of your customer call you to complain about your product quality.

There are many reasons why inspecting products or parts manufactured and already inspected by your Chinese supplier can be useful; particularly using a quality inspection platform.

Among those reasons:

• Your Chinese supplier quality inspection procedure is not enough mature. Despite their saying which they have already inspected products they manufacture to you, you still receive defectives and complaints from your customers
• Your Chinese supplier quality control procedure is not enough strict
• You have already sent a third party inspection company but it didn’t solve your problem
