Parts Assembly

Parts assembly are an essential process step in manufacturing process of any product. Assembly can be done manually or with a semi automated or an automated machine.

Different parts assembly may require different skills. For example if your parts are extremly small and require to be taken with a tweezer, then the skill of the worker which will be allocated for this process will have to be more accurate than a normal worker

We have capability to handle your parts assembly on your behalf by allocating workers to perform necessary tasks to assembly your products. Typical planning and process is performed as follow:

1. We receive  a product sample from you for analyzing the assembly steps process and constraints related to your product
2. We perform a Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis to determinate the risks related to each step process of the assembly
3. We establish a list of skills, equipment and ressources needed to assembly your product, as well as the time needed to do so
4. We send you a quotation
5. At payment reception of your deposit we establish a production and quality manual of your product
6. You validate the product and quality manual of your product
7. We establish training documentation for our workers
8. Workers are trained and tested to perform their task properly
9. We start a trial run on a small portion lot of your workers record are taken
10. Records are taken and analyzed to verify if workers understood well each process they are responsible for
11. If 10. is validated then we start assembly at higher speed.
