Usually, when you buy or manufacture products in China, the assembly process is handled by your chinese supplier. Yet, there are some particular situations where using a contract assembler can be usefull.
Among those reasons:
- A part of your assembly process should remain confidential and you don’t want to disclose it to your chinese supplier to protect your intellectual property
- Your chinese supplier doesn’t accept to produce with a small quantity
- One of the assembly process require a skill that your chinese supplier doesn’t have or is not able to perform well
- One of the assembly process require a particular tool or machine which your supplier doesn’t have or doesn’t know how to use properly
Our solutions
We establish assembly solutions tailor made to your needs: if your product is small enough to fit our micro production workshop, then we will assembly your product in our own place.
If your product is too large for our own facility, then we can appoint one of our partner to sub-rent one of their facilities. In this case, we only rent their space but we bring our team, workers and machine necessary to perform assembly so that we keep control on your production all the time.
